By using FastPrompt, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

FastPrompt provides AI-powered image editing services. You can edit images by providing text instructions. The service is provided on a credit basis — one credit per image edit.

3. Payments and Refunds

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds on used credits or completed subscription periods. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using purchased credits, please contact us at support@fastprompt.app within 7 days.

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FastPrompt to:

  • Create or edit images of real people without their consent
  • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Violate any intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the service
  • Create deepfakes or misleading content

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of images you upload and edit. By using our service, you grant FastPrompt a temporary license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the editing service. We do not use your images for training AI models.

6. Limitation of Liability

FastPrompt is provided as-is. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or dissatisfaction with AI-generated results.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
